How to measure your ring size at home.

Not sure about your ring size? No problem - with just a ring, a piece of string, or a strip of paper, you can easily find it at home.

If you already have a ring that fits the finger you want to wear it on, simply measure the inner diameter in millimeters. A ruler is all you need! Then check a ring size chart to find the matching size - for example, a diameter of 16.5 mm equals a European size 52.

If you don’t have a ring to measure, here’s another easy method:

Step 1: Take a thin strip of paper or a piece of string and wrap it around the base of your finger.

Step 2: Make sure it’s snug but not too tight, then mark where the ends meet.

Step 3: Lay it flat and measure the length in millimeters - that’s your finger’s circumference.

Step 4: Compare the measurement with a size chart to find your ring size. For example, 52 mm usually equals size 52.

Tip: Measure your finger in the evening, when your hands are warm and slightly swollen - this gives the most accurate result for everyday wear.

And if you want to be 100% sure: just pop into a local jewelry store. Most jewelers will happily measure your ring size - often free of charge and in just a few seconds.
